The application process for the 2nd FESTIVAL of New Cinema - 123MOVIESFEST 2026 will begin immediately after the deadline for the 2025 festival on September 1, 2025.

How It Works:

  • Continuous Film Submissions: Filmmakers can submit their movies at any time of the year. There are no seasonal cutoffs or waiting periods.
  • Audience and Expert Voting: The power lies with the viewers. Through our dedicated mobile app, both general audiences and expert jurors can watch and vote for their favorite films.
  • Annual Awards: While submissions and screenings happen non-stop, we celebrate the best of the best with an annual awards event based on audience and expert votes.

Submission Requirements:

We accept submissions based on the following rules:

  • Language: Films must be in English or have professionally made English subtitles.
  • Recent Films: Your film must have never been featured in any festival before, and it must not be older than 5 years.
  • New Films: If your film has been shown elsewhere, we only accept films from the last or current year.
